RAISING MONEY FOR THE ARTS

Quite possibly the only painting by Dr Seuss available at this time for public viewing, this magnificently
rendered painting was gifted byTed Geisel to an auction house for an arts education charity in the early 1960's.
It is a fine example of his masterful ability to create life and emotion with one simple and whimsical paintbrush. The
estate of Dr Seuss remains in his widow's private residence until one day they shall reside, intact, in a collection for
the public to see in a fine art museum, most probably in Southern California.
